Chimney Sweeping and Nest Removals

The National Association of Chimney Sweeps (NACS)Maintaining a good chimney and flue is essential to ensure the efficient and safe operation of wood and multi-fuel burners. Justin Block trained as a member of the National Association of Chimney Sweeps (NACS) and has then gone on to train the Ecoflue team. Fully insured each of our sweeps stock a comprehensive range of different brushes and tools to effectively clean a wide array of chimneys, flues and appliances.

From the latest power sweeping methods to traditional rods and brushes our team at Ecoflue and our sister company Eco Chimney Sweep offer a full chimney sweeping service covering the east half of Norfolk and Suffolk.

Sheets and soot cloths are used to prevent soot escaping into your room and we use specialist soot vacuums to thoroughly clean. We advise on any safety concerns with your applicance and do a visual inspection of your chimney and flue. Where we encounter obstructions such as jackdaw nests these can be safely removed from chimneys once they have flown the nest and we can fit bird guards to prevent them coming back next year.

We strongly recommend fitting a carbon monoxide alarm in the same room as your appliance to avoid the chance of carbon monoxide poisoning.
